If you don’t know your new Policy and ID numbers yet, you can sign in with your existing Group number and ID Number, e.g. E012345 / 999888999. Enter your existing Group number in the Policy field and your existing ID number. As part of the sign in process, we’ll let you know what your new Policy number and ID number are. Please record these for your records and use them the next time you use Member Profile. In either case, your existing password has not changed.
